Enjoyed the show as always, especially the convention interviews. The fleet security timer issue seemed to get a little confusing in the last bit of discussion, so how about simply having a timer on an *individual* character(account?) removing officers? What I mean is this:

Lets say fleet leader Fred(example name) gets his account hacked(or lets his buddy play his account, or just becomes a jerk all of a sudden). The person playing Fred’s account then decides to start kicking out the other fleet leaders. However, Fred’s character/account could only kick out 1 fleet leader every 24 hours. The other fleet leaders could immediately kick Fred out if they couldnt get in touch with him, or werent satisfied with his explanation. There should also be a 24 hour time period before any *new* fleet leaders could use kick powers, meaning Fred couldnt promote some “other guy” as a leader and kick someone with them.

    Hope that made sense!
