This week, we’re digesting that announcement from STLV that Patrick Stewart will be reprising his role as Jean-Luc Picard, a rare trademark application from CBS has set fans’ chins wagging, and CBS’s goal of making Star Trek a year-round offering for CBS All Access. And in movies, we’re Trekking Out the news that negotiations between Paramount and Chris Pine and Chris Hemsworth have broken down, ahead of the planned Star Trek 4.

In gaming news this week, we’re bringing you an interview from STLV with Holly Amos and Josh Singer from Star Trek Adversaries, and later our science adviser Dr. Hurt is here with another report from the Astrometrics Lab.

A long-time Trekkie, Elio has been watching the series since he was a child and sneaking in late night, back-to-back, episodes of TNG reruns.     So I just binged this and the previous two episodes (work getting in the way, again). Loved all your con-coverage and the interviews, as always. I can’t make it to these things so it’s great that you guys can go for me.

    Particularly liked the interview with Holly and Josh. I keep hearing about this game but I didn’t really understand or know what I was hearing about, but now I’m intrigued to look into it more, especially now I can get it on my Android phone too.
