Elio is a Northern New Jersey Cuban-American and graduate of Kean University, having earned his Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Performance in 2011. He has performed in internationally renowned performance halls such as Avery Fisher Hall with the New York Philharmonic, as a member of the Westminster Symphonic Choir, and in Beijing, China as a representative for Kean University. Since 2012, he has had the wonderful opportunity to Executive Produce Priority One – the premiere Star Trek Online podcast. Whether recruiting, managing the global team of talented volunteers, arranging interviews with special guests, editing, web-development, finding sponsors, managing crowd funding, or writing content for the podcast, Elio has a hand in it all. A long-time Trekkie, Elio has been watching the series since he was a child and sneaking in late night, back-to-back, episodes of TNG reruns. He finally embraced the Trekdom in college and spent many hours catching up on the entire multiverse…. instead of studying.

    Very entertaining show everyone.

I enjoy fan productions, i think they add good sounding boards.

I cant wait to see just haw they do this mini faction of Jem Hadar.

Yay, Jem’Hadar (and hopefully Cardassians too) faction! As for the “only 6 missions” thing, I’m hoping that they’re holding back some missions to release later on. ‘Cuz IIRC the devs said that maintaining a mission creation and release schedule like the Iconian War arc (~1 per month) was very difficult for them, and yet that had players staying around for a good while. Keeping a few missions from X4/Victory Is Life’s development to release later seems like the next best thing. Plus some players can’t seem to pace themselves when expansions come around, blindly speedrunning through it all in the first 48 hours, and then yelling “why isn’t there any new content?!?!?!” in a clueless huff. By holding some missions back, everyone goes through the first few missions, builds up their new Jem’Hadar toons, does some runs in the ‘Sector Space Battlezone’ and whatever new progression system comes up; then in a month or so, the other missions are released, hopefully retaining folks in-game for longer.

Ugh. Sci-Fi being preempted for sports. Same thing constantly happened to Babylon 5, and Basketball. And with that being an early example of serialized television that often meant you were missing major plot points.

Apparently sports and Sci-Fi really are as antithetical to each other as it seemed when I was in High School.

Fan production. Nope, don’t consider my YouTube show, Tribble Bytes to be a fan production, I consider it to be amateur journalism. Good show by the way, I covered much of the same topics.

So Whre did I watch Star Trek? very night Enterprise Was on UPN (Our baseball teams were actually not on UPN) I’d watch in my living room on TV. I loved Enterprise TV Series, except for the theme song. I remember my mom totally being into Archer…..My childhood *cough*

So Jem’hedar faction. Not to thrilled on that, but I love seeing the story from every factions eyes. I’m excited. Especially since my Vesta has the Defiant Bridge and my Jem’Hedar BOFF is on it and DS9 Fans call for my blood.
