    Very late reply.

I too would prefer a bit more of an imersive UI for the admiralty system. Like a galaxy map and assigning ships to missions that appear as spots on the map. Something.

I don’t mind how the ship cards are handled, or assigning your own ship while flying it, etc. But overall, I find it just a bit too similar to the Doff system, I’d like it to be differentiated more.

I am looking forward to the new system looks great so far. As was mentioned it will make me feel like I’m actually an Admiral doing Admiraly things. I hope we can somehow claim some of the lower tier ships. I’ve been playing for a couple of years and all I have are tier 5 and 6 ships. I’m sure the devs will make adjustments based on our feedback, they’ve been doing well so far.

I’m most looking forward to actually making use of my other ships. In preparation I’ve already been playing more of my ships, leveling them up . I’ve been enjoying revisiting some of my ships I’ve not commanded in a while. Great show guys keep it up!

Good NEWS the cool DOwns for the admiralty system have CHANGED just a few hours ago!

The F2P players are not having such a big advatage because that is still only 5 ships and some assignment need over 200 points in ALL eng, tac, and sci. There is no way for them to even get close to those missions. And if you are a KDF or Romulan forget about having that as well sci is really really hard to do with them.

I really enjoy the Admiralty system. I’ve been dabbling in it with two characters for four days now, and look forward to going in each time. It is very quick and easy, especially if you read the notification when you first open the screens!
    Observations:
    – I bought the Delta Rising Expansion, so my Andorrian character has many more ships to assign to the missions than my Romulan one does. This impacts the number of missions you can run simultaneously.
    – You can run Klingon and Federation arc missions regardless of your faction, which breaks my immersion when I assign my Andorrian to a Klingon-type mission.
    – Ship type dictates the scores for each ship, not the equipment. Both characters have Nandis with the same score, even though one is stripped of all gear and the other is fully loaded.
-Your main ship is still available to fly on STFs, even if you assign it to an Admiralty mission.
    – It would be nice if you could assign your bridge officers to lead missions as well, but not have these available for use in-game.
Cool-down time for maintenance is long, but this makes the planning for the missions more challenging since you have a limited and constantly changing pool of ships to assign.
-The Tours of Duty missions (which appear to give big bonuses once you complete 10) appear to be randomly available. My Romulan got one after three days, but my Andorrian got one on their first day.

I expect that sales of ships and ship slots will increase dramatically; I am now eyeing that multi-faction Command Cruiser megabundle, partially so that I will have more ships available for my Admiralty assignments! 🙂

Love the show P1, One of the pics for the Admiralty show a T6 Dreadnought and so it looks like we are getting a T6 Galaxy Dreadnought with S11.

Wonderful show everyone, even those that have problems with the word Admiralty.

I can not wait for the new system.
