On Screen is episode 13 of Star Trek Discovery, “What’s Past is Prologue”

And, as always, before we wrap up the show, we’ll open hailing frequencies for your incoming messages.

Elio is a Northern New Jersey Cuban-American and graduate of Kean University, having earned his Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Performance in 2011. He has performed in internationally renowned performance halls such as Avery Fisher Hall with the New York Philharmonic, as a member of the Westminster Symphonic Choir, and in Beijing, China as a representative for Kean University. Since 2012, he has had the wonderful opportunity to Executive Produce Priority One – the premiere Star Trek Online podcast. Whether recruiting, managing the global team of talented volunteers, arranging interviews with special guests, editing, web-development, finding sponsors, managing crowd funding, or writing content for the podcast, Elio has a hand in it all. A long-time Trekkie, Elio has been watching the series since he was a child and sneaking in late night, back-to-back, episodes of TNG reruns. He finally embraced the Trekdom in college and spent many hours catching up on the entire multiverse…. instead of studying.

The foundry is one of my favorite parts of Star Trek Online. I love to play stories from other trek fans and experience their take on our universe, our lore and our game. We are after all, a community of Trekkies.

    [Redacted] is [Redacted]!
And Odo was there in Founder underwear…
Captain Sisko the prophet’s mentor, linear.
*continues humming Science Fiction Double Feature*

It’s good that the Klingons FINALLY have a T6 Full Carrier. I wholly expected feddies to clambor for the Honor the Dead trait but I can’t STAND that the traits are faction locked. It makes getting KDF mastery traits cheaper on the Fed side and Fed traits cheaper on the KDF side(sometimes) I’d REALLY love to get my hands on Honor the Dead as a KDF WITHOUT having to own the Sarcophagus. Why? Because I play an Orion. I still want and Orion Full Carrier… Like the Slavemaster Battleship is.

In the preview for next episode, they said only 20% was occupied, so it isn’t as bad as Saru implied. Although I think the Admiral also says they lost 1/3 of the fleet.

McCoy did make reference in TOS to Vulcan being conquered sometime in the past, but he could have easily been joking, or exaggerating.

I think Season 1 is going to end with the establishment of the Klingon Neutral Zone. The areas they’ve taken are mostly territory mentioned as former Klingon territory in series further down in the timeline. For example, the Archanis Sector, Gowron mentions in DS9 that the Klingons relinquished claim of it over 100 years ago and DSC is over 100 years before DS9.
