Being able to see other people’s setups is fantastic. I’ve wanted this ability in the game since launch. As a fleet leader, being able to see my members’ equipment is very helpful. I can examine a member’s ship, give them advice on what would be better, and buy them appropriate equipment when they get a new ship. Though, I do agree, there should be an ability to toggle this off.

First of all, I appreciate the play of the news this week. We can all read the STO news, but you have the opportunity to bring in different opinions on it, and let us hear how others may feel on it.

As for the STO gateway app, I would like to be able to share my full build with select people, such as my Co-admirals and members of my fleet. Being able to see the gear and the skill points of another member would help with building up good PVP builds. However, it needs to be selective so that only approved friends can see it.

Basically the Breen ship is the result of Devs hearing people calling Galor a cruiser/escort hybrid and said to themselves:”That’s not really what we had in mind although it IS a pretty good idea.”
Also the “chen” part of Yuchen is pronounced like the popular Chinese surname.

Hey there, I’m Attilio the creator of the STO Academy site and the skill planner. I used a few different codes to create it, plus hard work and dedication of course. Essentially everyone creates the build in their browser and that information gets saved into a database so that users can access it at any time. Sharing a link simply pulls the info from the database and displays it on screen. It was a lot and it went through many changes over the past 2 years but I’m glad to do it.

Gee, a dev commenting on the singing.

Should put him to the task of performing at Karaoke Night at STLV then.

On another note, thanks for a great year. I really like Episode 68 the most, don’t know why though.

Plus have a Merry Christmas and looking forward to the adventures of Priority One of 2013.
