Priority One Episode 140 | Lovin’ the Lobi

140Hello Captains! Welcome to Priority One’s 140th episode, recorded on Thursday,  September 5th, 2013 and published on Monday, September 9th, 2013 at PriorityOnePodcast.com!

With James still working overtime on replacing the Heisenberg Compensators, that leaves the show this week – once again – in the capable hands of Elijah and Tony!

This week, Priority One Treks Out a new science fiction film project titled “RuR” with Director James Kerwin and actors Kipleigh Brown & Chase Masterson.

There may not have been a lot to cover in STONews this week — but, this is usually the “quiet before the storm.” And although the boys won’t talk much about Legacy of Romulus Dev Blog #40; there’s plenty of discussion regarding another STO Lobi sale, the latest Spotlight on the Foundry, and a review of this week’s patch notes. Additionally, this episode we are joined by Terilynn Shull – author of Massively.com’s Captain’s Log articles and host of the G&T Show – for a special Foundry/FanFiction discussion.  In this episode’s Community Spotlight, Chivalrybean introduces a new Foundry Review format just before we open hailing frequencies and listen to your incoming messages.

Elijah – I agree with you 100% on Lobi.
My soapbox is… STILL TOO MANY MONETARY UNITS IN STO!

Also, for an approximately $120 dollar ship via Lobi, it’s better be a strong Tier 6 ship, not a $25 Tier 5 ship.

I averaged 5 over 41 boxes recently for lobi. I bought those during the zen sale concurrent with the key sale.

Great episode, I hope RUR does well.

I want my purchases for STO to be more like Kohl’s — The more I spend money, the more rewards I get and INCENTIVE to come back and buy from the store again!

Totally off-topic, but I was thinking overnight… maybe a gold/LTS perk should be the ability to exchange between currencies? Would be nice 🙂
Or, the Dilth store should be able to also choose GPL, EC, and Lobi as well as Dilth for Zen?

Go ahead and make any story you want within the confines of STO’s Foundry. I find that if I remember that the player captain is an observer or an actor in the story and the story needs to be told in a Second-person viewpoint or Second-person narrative.
